Brittani: Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, United States; I started my journey to better health about 6 years ago. My personal trainer at the time, Sam Mann, introduced me to a healthier lifestyle that stuck. He put it into reality, for the first time in my life, how important it is to treat your body right with not only exercise, but nutrition as well. As many of you close to me may know, nutrition and trying to eat healthy and stay active is something that has become very important to me, clean eating has began to surround my entire family, and though we are no where near perfect, we have started in the right direction. Being aware and educated about what is in the food we eat has began to transform our lives, one step at a time. I know as well as anyone that eating %100 organic or natural can be very expensive and unrealistic, but I’ve found little by little it can be done, (with a few cheats every now and again! ;) I decided to share my journey because I’ve realized how important and prominent it has become in today’s society to be healthy and educated. Also, to inspire myself daily to be creative and hopefully learn a few things along the way too!
